Service Description
After your initial Blood Analysis appointment you may wish to book a separate 60 minute session for extra help formulating a detailed plan of action that is specific to your life and preferences. This program will be based on current health issues and the findings of your live and dry blood analysis. We will explore personalized changes to diet, lifestyle and supplementation to get you on track and ready for implementing a new way forward
Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled services at any time by providing written notice (email or text) to JocelyneLBA@pm.me or 236-594-9007. - Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment: no charge and reschedule - Cancellations less than 48 hours before: 50% of service fee charged - Cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows: Full service fee charged; no refund or credit. 2. Cancellation by Business: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. Payment: All services are paid in full at the time of service. Any applicable cancellation fees will be collected at that time or upon request. 4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 4. This policy may be updated; the latest version applies to all bookings.
